Company Overview:

At Sunview Integrated Solutions, we have embarked on the launching our AirScene™ 100 Perfect Host Program, that is leading to the nationwide buildout of the Sunview Network.

The Sunview Network is a network of AirScene™ 100 devices that deliver both air purification and local community based advertising opportunities at the same time.

As such, we are now actively seeking interested parties (venue owners/operators – we call them Perfect Hosts), each owning or managing multiple venues with high people traffic, to host an AirScene™ 100 in one or more strategic locations on their premises.

To date, we established a test market of Doylestown, Pennsylvania to roll-out the Sunview Network, and have about 25 AirScene™ 100 devices playing our advertising playlist of static image and video ads, and standard video and FPV Drone Tour commercials in many established high traffic local businesses in and around the community.

Job Description:

This position is for B2B sales. Successful candidates have a strong understanding of business operations, advertising budgets and business-to-business relationship building.

As a Digital Advertising Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating revenue by working closely with local businesses to market events and develop community-based advertising strategies. You will be responsible for selling advertising space on our digital screen devices which constitute the Sunview Network. This is a commission-based role, and you will have monthly sales deadlines to work toward achieving.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospect, identify, and approach potential advertisers in the local market, with a focus on local businesses and organizations.
2. Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and develop customized advertising and marketing strategies.
3. Create and present compelling advertising proposals tailored to each client’s goals, including event promotion and community engagement.
4. Negotiate advertising rates and terms to maximize revenue.
5. Work closely with the advertising and marketing teams to ensure successful ad placements and campaign execution.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their advertising needs are met and exceeded.
7. Monitor industry trends, competition, and market conditions to identify potential opportunities and create effective advertising strategies.
8. Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
9. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.

Qualifications:

1. Highly organized and self-motivated. The most successful candidates are “people persons” and very organized and detail oriented
2. Proven track record in sales, preferably in advertising or media.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
5. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for sales.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Familiarity with the local market and business community is a plus.
8. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
9. Successful candidates must be comfortable with Google suites and a fast-paced digital office environment.

Compensation:

This position is commission based on sales performance. Earnings potential is uncapped.

You will be encouraged to meet and exceed monthly sales targets to ensure a consistent revenue stream to yourself and to help grow the business.
